Our customers receive the best fulfillment and shipping service, always based on quality, competitive pricing, and fast deliveries. We work with partner logistics companies that have been thoroughly evaluated and are continuously monitored to ensure the proper handling of our shipments and the satisfaction of all our customers.

How long does the fulfillment process take?

The fulfillment process takes 48 to 72 hours. During this time, the order is validated, inventory availability is checked, product transfer is requested, products are inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition, and then packaged. Once all of this is complete, a quote is requested from the available logistic provider depending size, weight, and final destination of the shipment.

How long does the shipping and delivery process take?

We seek a combination of price versus delivery time with our logistics providers; however, the process can normally take between 2 and 10 days from the moment the shipment is picked up from the DCC warehouse.

How much does shipping cost? Is it only $99 or $199?

The $99 or $199 shipping fee charged to customers applies only to deliveries within the state of Florida. In some cases, such as Miami-Dade and Broward counties, the shipping cost is $99, and for WPB County it is $199. These shipments are handled by DAX Transport. Outside of these areas, but still within Florida, the cost is $199, but the shipments are handled by third-party carriers. However, for all shipments outside of Florida, the price will vary depending on the distance and delivery time, and a quote from a third-party carrier is required for customer review and approval. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight and final destination of the merchandise. It may also vary depending on the speed of delivery the customer requires. DAX Fulfillment Department will send the quote to the sales representative so they can present and approve the cost with their customer. The sales representative will then communicate the decision to the fulfillment department. If the customer rejects the quote, the sales representative must inform us if their customer will arrange for the shipment to be picked up themselves. In these cases, the shipment is not prepared until the customer comes to pick it up at the DCC warehouse.

It is important that the sales representative properly explain to the customer that shipping costs can also vary depending on how the merchandise is delivered. The following options are available:

A.-The carrier leaves the shipment on the street.
B.-The carrier leaves the shipment inside the property, only in the garage or on the porch.
C.-The carrier leaves the shipment inside the property in the designated area.
D.-The carrier requires a forklift to unload and move the merchandise.

Does DAX deliver throughout the entire US?

Shipments are made to any physical, commercial, or residential address in the US.

Does DAX ship to other countries?

Yes, DAX Fulfillment Department ship to any country in the world. In these cases, there are two options:
1. The customer provides the logistics that will handle the shipping and delivery.
2. Dax obtains a quote from a provider for the shipping cost to the destination country.

Does the customer receive a shipping notification?

No, all information regarding DAX Fulfillment Department is shared only with the sales representative, who will be responsible for informing their customers.

What happens if the shipment arrives damaged, or is lost?

The customer communicates their claim to the sales executive, who in turn communicates it to DAX Fulfillment Department, which will then validate the claim and resend the products in good condition. All shipments are covered by a guarantee. The customer must check the condition of the shipment upon arrival. If there is any damage, please take photos and document the damaged products on the packing slip.

Is it necessary for someone to receive the shipment at its final destination?

Yes, it is necessary for an adult to be present and receive the shipment at its final destination. This person must verify that the shipment arrived in good condition and sign the delivery order as received. If the shipment is damaged, they must still accept it, take the necessary photos to document the damage, and send them to the sales representative as soon as possible.

Who handles claims when a shipment arrives damaged or is lost?

When the customer submits a claim to their sales representative, the sales representative must send a formal claim request to the DAX Fulfillment Department. This request must be accompanied by all the necessary information, such as the purchase order, delivery order, list of damaged or lost products, and photographs showing the specific damage to the received products. After this, the DAX Fulfillment Department will file a formal claim with the logistics company contracted to transport the shipment. This process can take weeks or months, but in the meantime, the sales representative must inform the DAX Fulfillment Department whether they have agreed with their customer to send replacements for the damaged products or if the customer wants a refund.

What are the working hours of the fulfillment department?

Our DAX Fulfillment Department working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., however, you can fill out and submit the request form 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff will be attentive to each request and will begin the fulfillment process as soon as possible. Our staff will be in communication with you via email to provide you with all the required information or clarify any questions that may arise during the fulfillment process.
